And since you have Glyph of Cleaving, you might as well put a point or two into Improved Cleave. You can try this build, while changing Glyph of Sunder Armor to Glyph of Vigilance. You can keep your Glyph of Sunder Armor for a while and then switch to Glyph of Vigilance to see which is better through experience. And by all means edit the build if you feel you need to. Heroic Strike generates additional threat but it doesn't exactly "get agro." A more effective way of pulling agro off of an ally is to use Mocking Blow or Taunt. And you should believe the ability your looking for is called Challenging Shout, a very useful ability with a long cooldown so don't really on it in a tough situation.
What is more, damage does have a lot to do with threat. But as mentioned above, you can alter the build as yourself, or anyone else, may see fit, after all it is just a general tanking spec nothing to big that can't be altered. It is true "If you have 100 rage that is wasted threat." If it is too difficult for you, for some odd reason to switch whatever your doing to spam Heroic Strike, then just macro it to a few of your other moves. Not only will this help eliminate any unused rage, but it also increases TPS greatly.
